By selecting this box you allow us to share your email and bike serial number with Project 529 in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Let's get your Android tracker set up!

Instructions

Follow these steps to pair your new Tracker.

  1. Press the button on your Bikebac Tracker once and you will hear a beep.
  2. Open the Find My app on your iPhone or iPad.
  3. Go to the Items tab.
  4. Tap the + button and then Add Other Item.
  5. It should find your Tracker within a few seconds. If not, check your iOS is up to date and restart your iPhone.
  6. Click Connect when your tracker is found.
  7. Choose a name and emoji to identify your Tracker.
  8. Click Agree and then Finish to finalize the process.

Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing problems when pairing your tracker, please try the following steps:

  1. Check your iOS is up to date and restart your iPhone.
  2. Press and hold the button on your Tracker. After 3 seconds it will beep.
  3. Continue holding it until it beeps again, after about 6 seconds.
  4. Then follow the pairing steps again.

Let's get your Apple tracker set up!
