Thanks for registering your Bikebac Tracker! Your tracker has been successfully linked to your account.
Let's get your Android tracker set up!
Instructions
Follow these steps to pair your new Tracker.
- Ensure your Android phone's bluetooth is turned on.
- Press and hold the button on your Bikebac Tracker until you hear a beep.
- Release the button.
- Unlock your phone.
- Hold the tracker near your phone.
- A pairing window should appear asking if you would like to connect your Bikebac Tracker. If not, check your Android OS is up to date and restart your phone.
- Tap the Connect button.
- Follow the remaining steps to pair your tracker.
- Once connected, open Google's Find Hub app on your phone to customize your tracker.
- To rename your tracker tap on the "Settings" cog, then the "Pencil" icon beside "Device Name", and enter your desired name.
- To change your tracker's icon tap on the "Settings" cog. Then tap "Category" and select "Bike".
Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing problems when pairing your tracker, please try the following steps:
Reset the tracker- Quickly press the button twice in a row.
- The tracker should beep three times.
- Press and hold the button.
- The tracker should play a short tune, pause for a few seconds and then play a longer tune.
- Release the button.
- Then try the following pairing process:
- Place the tracker near your phone.
- Unlock the phone.
- Press the button on the tracker.
- Make sure your phone has the newest possible Android updated installed. (Often found in Settings->Software Update)
- Make sure you have the latest version of Google Play Services and the Find Hub app installed:
- Go into the Google Play store, tap the profile icon in the top right, select "Manage apps & devices" and verify that there are no pending updates.
- Go to Settings → Google → All services → Devices.
- Check that Scan for nearby devices is enabled.
- Restart your phone.
- Go to Settings -> Apps -> All Apps.
- Tap the Google Play Store entry, tap Storage and hit Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- Repeat the process for the Google Play Services entry and the Find Hub entry.

Let's get your Apple tracker set up!
Instructions
Follow these steps to pair your new Tracker.
- Press the button on your Bikebac Tracker once and you will hear a beep.
- Open the Find My app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Go to the Items tab.
- Tap the + button and then Add Other Item.
- It should find your Tracker within a few seconds. If not, check your iOS is up to date and restart your iPhone.
- Click Connect when your tracker is found.
- Choose a name and emoji to identify your Tracker.
- Click Agree and then Finish to finalize the process.

Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing problems when pairing your tracker, please try the following steps:
- Check your iOS is up to date and restart your iPhone.
- Press and hold the button on your Tracker. After 3 seconds it will beep.
- Continue holding it until it beeps again, after about 6 seconds.
- Then follow the pairing steps again.
